Bobby brings more than twenty-five years of energy, finance, and operational experience to TLE.  Bobby founded and served as Chief Executive Officer for two companies: Texas ReExcavation, a vacuum excavation company, and T-REX Engineering & Construction, an EPC firm that built subsea tieback equipment and shallow water platforms. In 2012, Bobby led Texas ReExcavation to a successful sale. Additionally, Bobby served as CEO and majority shareholder of TRCW, a manufacturer and remanufacturer of surface and subsurface pressure control and wellhead equipment until its successful sale in 2019. Bobby also served as a partner in an independent oil and gas E&P company where he was responsible for raising capital for various lease plays, production and mineral purchases and drilling opportunities.

Bobby began his career as a professional race car driver, including a Talladega 500 victory and the launch and operation of two race teams.
