Brad Hays

Brad Hays has enjoyed a life journey like no other. He is known for his love of the Lord, his wife Eileen, their 14 grandchildren and the realm of business. Brad, matured through personal adversity and decades of business successes and challenges, now coaches numerous business professionals from CEO’s and business owners all the way out to the front lines. Guided by a personal purpose statement, “apply God’s transforming word in the workplace,” this seasoned executive now spends his energy distributing his practical experience and deepest insight to all that may have need. Faith, Life and Business are the lenses by which Brad observes the world.

Hays gained business acumen from over 40 years of widely varied businesses including large enterprises (Pennzoil Products Company and AlliedSignal), a strategic consulting firm, and three privately funded start-up companies. Hays’ interest turned to working with company leadership that led him to launch Leaven Exchange, which is an organization focused on Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.

Hays currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Gathering of Men Houston. Hays is served as Houston Area Chairperson for Convene, the past Director of the Center for Christianity in Business at Houston Baptist University and Board Member for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Texas. All of these endeavors are outlets for his giftedness in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.

Brad Hays is a fourth generation Texan with family roots back to the times of Stephen F. Austin Land Grants. In addition to Hays’ family life and active business coaching practice, he engages with Houston’s Second Baptist Church where Brad is a member of the music ministry and teaches Bible study.
