Dr J. Allen Quine
Dr. Allen Quine is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M., and Ph.D.), University of Idaho College of Law (J.D.), and Washington State University (B.S.). He has served as a pastor for seventeen years, the Chair of the Master of Divinity Program and the Dean of Biblical Studies at Philadelphia Biblical University, as a Full Professor of Bible Exposition at Dallas Theological Seminary, the President of the College of Biblical Studies of Houston, VP of International Relations and General Counsel for Museum of the Bible, and is now an attorney in Houston. Dr. Quine uses his legal background to teach seminars, lectures, provide consultation and has written on legal issues faced by pastors, counselors, and other ministry leaders. He frequently coaches executives in implementing vertical alignment for business and strategic implementation of mission. He is an ordained minister, a member of the Texas State Bar Association. Allen’s interests include running, biking, music, reading, writing, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Carla have 4 children who are active in their early careers, academics, sports, music, the arts, church, and have a passion for reading.
